IMPROPER DRILLING OF RAILING " FOR DRAINAGE"

               When a rail has not been drilled properly for internal or external draining, trapped fluids will boil out onto the newly
               painted surface during the baking process, ruining the paint finish. Improper rail drilling causes loss time at additional
               cost to the customer.

COMPOSITE: ( MULTIPLE COMPONENTS)

	When 2 or more profiles are welded together, a sufficient gap is required for drainage or a boil-out should be anticipated.

	MATERIAL MARKED WITH MARKERS AND STENCILS

	All stenciled markings, including fabricators markings with magic markers, need to be removed on finishing surfaces. Any markings left on material can bleed through paint. It is the customers responsibility to remove all markings.

	OIL, GREASE, WAX and CORRODED MATERIAL - ABSOLUTELY NO SILICONES-

		All oil, grease, wax and corrosion must be removed from all material. Windsor will not paint over corroded material. Oil, grease, and wax are not always visible and our pre-treat system can not break down these substances. Customer should use only water soluble coolants and lubricants on their cutting tools. Any trace of oil, grease, or wax will cause the finish coating to crack.

Absolutely no silicones - Silicones in our pre-treat will destroy the chemical balance of our system.
